Isobel is a set designer classically trained in architecture. Since graduating from the Bartlett School of Architecture, she’s had the chance to work across Toronto, New York, and London on productions for Amazon, CBS, FX, and Netflix, as well as on various commercials, theatre productions and reality shows. Her architectural and independent art department background give her a solid understanding of construction, film workflows and camera, allowing her to collaborate effectively with crew and adjust set elements to work well on camera.
Her work has been shown at the Smithsonian Museum of American Art, CICA’s 2025 Digital Artists of the Year showcase, Parsons New York showroom, Czong Institute of Contemporary Art, and the Bartlett Archives. Isobel is an associate member of the Director’s Guild of Canada and a registered draftsperson with the British Guild of Film Designers.
